Cottingham opened the scoring in their 1st set only for Wyke to respond with 2 quick fire trys from the speedster Ben Stutely, who ran the full length of the pitch for both trys.Cott levelled it at 2 all, only for Jack Offen to restore the lead with what now seems is his trademark dummy pass or i like to call it a show and go. Ben Stutely makes it 4-2 with another full length try.Jack Offen doubles his tally for the night with another dummy pass , 5-2 to Wyke. The Tigers dont give up and score again, only for Nathan Magee to run out wide and score Wykes 6th try of the night.Back came Cott with another try as the game swung end to end.
Half time approached as Sam Clark scored for Wyke to make it 7-4 at half time.
The 2nd half saw Wyke take control and after a minute of the restart Keiran Wall showed strength, speed and footwork to score my favorite try of the night, which Chris his dad only dreams of scoring.Another try a piece for Ben Stutely,Sam Clark and Charlie Weeks and only 1 for Cottingham made the score 12-5 to Wyke which i think flattered us as Cottingham Tigers really came to have ago which they managed until half time.
