Wyke's first half performance was much improved compared to their last two outings.
This effort was recognised with a halftime score of 28-4. Captain James Driver grabbed a great solo try. Not to be outdone Kieran Broom also showed he can score great solo tries too.
The best try of the game was also finished off by Kieran Broom and it was a great team try but it was chalked off by the referee.
Jack Cone had a fine game and scored an excellent hatrick and kicked a goal, more pleasing though was his defence and on attack where he was looking to spread the ball around at every opportunity.
Jack Addison with his trusty boot banged over three goals for good measure.
The second was not so good but this was mainly due to the game becoming scrappy and stop start.
Wyke gave away quite a few penalties and Beverley to their credit kept plugging away and chipping away at the score.
Wyke did have further chances to score but got pulled back for forward passes, back chat or knockons.
All in all a good effort, it could of been much better but it was a big improvement on the previous two games.
