For the second game in a row poor attitude and execution cost Wyke any chance of winning
The Tigers raced in to an 18-0 halftime lead and where good value for it
Wyke made several positional and personnel changes during the break and came out all guns blazing.
Jack Addison barnstormed over for two superb tries which he then converted. Jack Cone then added another with a brilliant run and somehow Wyke had scored scored 16 unanswered points in 10mins.
This made the game 18-16 with around 15mins to go,unfortunately, Wyke dropped back into making basic blunders.
Instead of building on the good start they had made to the 2nd half, they tried to do things their own way instead of how they had been coached and told.
This led to several lost possesions all in very promising positions and the wrong options also being taken. This meant Wyke lost all the momentum of their scoring spree.
Ultimately, the Tigers picked up the scraps and did not waste their opportunities and scored two tries to kill the game and to take the two points.
