Wet at Wyke

. On their second drive a player from their team made it to the try line, only to be called back for a foot in touch, but that set the scene for the match, as Hayworth Park appeared to be older and well drilled. Hull Wyke for their park put plenty of pressure on Hayworth park frequently stopping them on their set of six, but their star players were able to penetrate and break tackles leaving a run in on the cards.
A good effort was put in by all of the lads, and they showed great character/resilience in keeping the score as low as it was.
