It is with regret we have to inform you that due to ongoing and recent developments within the Hull and District League, as of 3.30pm on Saturday 24th January, Hull Wyke Rugby League are withdrawing their First Team from the Premier Division.

This decision has been made with the best interests of our club and players by all concerned.

This decision does not affect our “A” team whom wish to remain in the Division One and continue to try and attract more young players whom have left the game but want a way back in (as per 6 signings this year).

We trust that they will be treated as any other team would and no ill feeling be shown towards them.

Please be assured that this decision has not been taken lightly.

We will release further news of the future plans of this team in due course.
