Site rules, Saturday training areas and other information

Dear All,

Please distribute this information around your teams to all volunteers, parents, players and children.

All teams will be at William Gee from Tuesday 26/05 onwards. The Saturday training areas will apply from Saturday 6th June which will be the first main session at the new ground. When setting out your areas please allow a path in between for access.

Hull Wyke Rugby League, C/o Kelvin Hall School (William Gee Site), Bishop Alcock Road, HULL, HU5 4RL

On Bricknell Avenue, turn down Hotham Road North (opposite Tesco Express), then turn right at The Barrowman Pub, turn left at the T junction and follow the road, entrance is on the left .

Please use the following rules for the site (subject to additions or amendments)

SITE RULES

· PARKING – Please use the left hand car park first. If using the Bus Loop, please park on an angle to utilise the space. Do not block the Emergency Access area (top of the loop). There is plenty of parking on site, or on street in the surrounding areas. As with our current site, please keep all areas clean and tidy and respect the local residents.

· CONTAINER – Must be locked at all times. Get your gear out and lock after use, same with putting away.
It is the same keys all the coaches already have. DO NOT LEAVE OPEN for ‘the next team’. Make sure all equipment is placed away in an orderly manor.

· CANTEEN - We will have use of the canteen. Please support our club by buying a tea, coffee, soft drink etc. The canteen should be open on all game days plus Saturdays, it is a key source of revenue to our club, especially with the additional costs we are incurring with this new facility.

· NO BOOTS to be worn in the Canteen area – do not use this as a cut through to the changing rooms.

· CHANGING ROOM facilities. Must be cleaned and swept by EVERY TEAM after use. You are responsible for the Home and Away allocated for your fixture.

· WATER AREA – At the back and side of the field there is a water area. Please keep all children away from this area. Anyone entering this area without permission and adequate safety supervision will be subject to club disciplinary procedures. Recovering a stray ball is not worth a trip to Hospital or worse!!!!

Please remember we are using school/council property, all rules and regulations that we have to adhere to for winter training or away games will be the same for these premises. By sticking to these rules we will uphold the good name of Hull Wyke Rugby League.
Regards

ON BEHALF OF HULL WYKE RUGBY LEAGUE COMMITTEE

Thanks
